With the end of 2011, let us all take a final look at the fantastic competition by SGDrifters.
Thanks to our Malaysian Drifters, single Austrian Drifter and all other Local Competitors, including one single lone female drifter!!!

R/C Drifting Revolution...Era of CounterSteer/OverDrive!

Up till 2009, R/C Drifting has been dominated by All Wheel Drive (AWD) cars. These cars do not require countersteering all throughout the drift, which differs slightly to the real thing.

In 2009, R/C Drifting was revolutionized with OverDrive/UnderDrive one's R/C Car to create the need to countersteer one's steering throughout the drift, bringing R/C Drifting closer to the real thing. Also, creating and changing the whole R/C Drifting scene.
~ Over-Drive/Under-Drive: Having the Rear Wheels spinning at a higher ratio than the front by reducing the front (under-drive), or increasing the rear (over-drive).

Early 2010, the very 1st CounterSteer (CS) R/C Drift Competition was born, proudly brought to you by SGDrifters!
