The Story
One hot, quiet afternoon, a Yellow FD was having some fun with his new setup and tires along the bends and the curves of Mount SG Drift.
Excited with his new turbo and the linear power bend it delivers, he drifts the curves and bends like a kid with a new bike on Christmas Day. Whilst admiring his new found perfect drift setup, silently creeping into the bends of Mount SG Drift came one of the legendary Green FC, branded with "SGDrifters".
The Green FC secretly watches his next victim, studying his lines and style carefully so as to ensure himself a victorious battle ahead.
As the Yellow FD passes for the third time, the Green FC starts it engine and went for it, giving the Yellow FD a huge lead.
In no less than 3 bends, the flashing headlights of the Green FC appears on the rear view mirror of the Yellow FD. Confident with this new found performance, the Yellow FD decided to accept the challenge and gave his throttle a good hard step.
After bouts of challenges along the curves and bends of Mount SG Drift, the Green FC finally overtook the Yellow FD with ease and poise.
All along, the Green FC has just been monitoring a little closer on how the Yellow FD handles the road. Disappointed, the Green FC overtakes without stopping and left Mount SG Drift, leaving the Yellow FD behind in its tires and exhaust smoke.
Unfazed by the defeat, he decides to go for more laps around Mount SG Drift and swears to himself that he will improve much, much more by the end of the day.
With too much determination, mixed with disappointment and frustrations, the Yellow FD failed to notice a mysterious S13/15 quietly parked in a corner, watching the whole display all along.
The mysterious S13/15 made a turn around and got ready to enter Mount SG Drift right after the Yellow FD left.
Parked right at the edge of the road, the Champagne S13/15 gave his on-board computers and meters a final check before hitting those dangerous
and challenging curves and bends of Mount SG Drift.
Just as he was about to complete his final check of his machine running conditions, a striking colored car stops abruptly in front, and gave a good step on its throttle. The beautiful sound of a rotary engine roars and the Champagne S13/15 looks up. It's the Yellow FD that has just lost to the legendary SGDrifters Green FC!
The Champagne S13/15 winds down his windows and gave the Yellow FD a good wave. The Yellow FD winds down his window, ready to ask for a challenge with the Champagne S13/15, only to notice that its his old pal, White S13.
*After injecting plentiful of $$$ into the White S13, the results is the beautifully crafted and tuned Champagne S13/15. In Japan, its also know as 'Strawberry' for S13 with S15 front.
After sharing their new setups on their cars for a short while, the Champagne S13/15 requested the Yellow FD to go for it, while he trails behind. Champagne S13/15 hopes to be able to notice and feel the improvements after investing all of his year end bonus on this new look and setup.
Performance was balance between the 2 cars. One could clearly see no disparity in terms of corner entering speeds and how the cars both negotiate through the corners. Definitely a sight to see for ALL drift fans.
Champagne S13/15 couldn't be happier! Seeing his 'investment' producing such great results, he naturally squeezes a grin from cheek to cheek.
And just at this moment, right before both cars enter their 6th corner, the Champagne S13/15 felt his rear right dropped suddenly and almost right away, the rear was sent into a spinout.
Right after the car stopped spinning, a single familiar wheel rolled passed his car, hit the barricade along Mount SG Drift, and lied dead on the barricade. At this moment, Champagne S13/15 looked through his side mirror and found out what had happened.
Realizing what actually happened, Champagne S13/15 couldn't help but think. Waves of thoughts went through his brain. Different sensors within his body tinges. He could feel grief, wrath, displeasure and confusion all at the same time! He does not know what to do.
After sitting quietly in his car, listening to his newly tuned CA18DET idles for a minute or so, he decides to open his car door and go retrieve his rim & tyre back.
